 Potentate - 2010 |
Dear fellow Nobles, It is indeed an honor for me to serve as your Potentate for year 2010. I appreciate the confidence you've placed in me and look forward to your support. We are going to be faced with many challenges, none more important than membership. That said, Shriners, like most all other fraternal organizations are struggling to exist and we, in many cases, are competing for the same members. I think you'd all agree that in order to keep these members and attract new ones we must be the place they enjoy the most. Face it, who wants to belong to an organization that is no fun? Lets all of us try to smile more, reach out to new Shriners and Lodge members, make them feel welcome and let them know you're interested in them and offer your assistance. Remember the Golden Rule. | |||||||

Lady Lee and I invite you and your Ladies to get involved and join us at your Temple functions and events. We are here for you and your suggestions and comments are welcome. In keeping with the Imperial Sirs slogan, Unity, we plan to work hard this year as Shrine/Masons Having fun and helping kids! And while were at it, lets continue to keep Egypt one of the premier Shrine Temples in Shrinedom. In closing, I want to thank the Assistant Rabban Rich Leger and his committee for their effort putting this calendar book together so please familiarize yourselves with the information and notify the office of any changes or corrections. And finally, membership is crucial to our survival, we need some 200 this year to maintain the goals set for us last year so please do your very best to help us achieve this important goal.
